What is the validity of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) certificate?

A: CTET for the first was conducted on 26 June 2011 and is presently being conducted annually. CBSE has assigned a validity of 7 years for CTET qualifying certificate for appointment for all categories. Besides, a candidate is not restricted for the number of attempts he/ she can take for acquiring a CTET Certificate. A person who has qualified CTET may also appear again for improving his/her score.
