  • BPharm (Ayurveda) at The Rajiv Gandhi South Campus, Barkacha, Mirzapur Dist (under Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU)

Important Dates for Admission in Banaras Hindu University

  • Opening Date for Online Registration: 14 January 2012
  • Closing Date for Online Registration: 22 March 2012
  • Last Date for Receipt of Application: 28 March 2012 till 5 pm
  • Date of the Entrance Test: 3 June 2012 (Sunday)

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in Banaras Hindu University

Educational Qualification: Intermediate 10+2 OR equivalent from the recognised board/ university with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) & English with minimum 50% aggregate marks (PCBE) for General/ OBC category and 40% for SC/ ST category

Age Limit (as on 31 July 2012 for all categories): Minimum 17 years; Maximum 25 years

Selection Procedure for Admission in Banaras Hindu University

The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Entrance Test to be held on 3 June 2012 (Sunday) from 10 am to 12 noon at Varanasi only.

How to Apply for Admission in Banaras Hindu University

Aspiring candidates should send the duly filled application form as available on the website www.bhu.ac.in OR  www.imsbhu.nic.in along with the DD drawn in favour of the Director, IMS,BHU payable at Varanasi to the office of the Director, IMS, BHU, Varanasi- 221005 on or before the last date.

Application Fee: Rs 1000 (Rs 600 for SC/ ST candidates)
