Indian Council of Agricultural Research announced for 18th All India Entrance Examination for Admission (AIEEA) to Bachelors, Masters and SRF programmes in agriculture and allied sciences at agricultural universities. The last date for sending application for all the courses is 15 February 2013.
The written test for Undergraduate programmes will be conducted on 20 April 2013 and test for Postgraduate and SRF (PGS) programmes will be conducted on 21 April 2013. Based on the results of AIEEA-UG-2013 examination, ICAR will award National Talent Scholarships (NTS) to Bachelor degree students whereas based on the merit-rank in AIEEA-PG-2013 examination, 475 ICAR Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) will be awarded to Master degree students. Similarly, a merit list will be created from amongst candidates who have appeared for All India Competitive Examination for SRF (PGS)-2013 and based on that, 202 Senior Research Fellowships (SRF) for pursuing PhD degree will be awarded in different disciplines.
