Madurai Kamaraj University in a notification released sub-centre and subject-wise list of candidates applied for UGC National Eligibility Test to be held on 30 December 2012. All the registered candidates with this University may acquire the details of their test venue for the examination according to their subjects and subject codes on the website of the University.
The University selected 14 centres to effectively coordinate the examination for the award of Junior Research Fellowship and eligibility for lectureship. Candidates are suggested to check and verify their Roll Number in the provided list of test centres and must note down the venue address on their admit cards to avoid any confusion regarding test venue on the day of examination.
The applicants who have no admission card in their custody must download their admit cards from the official website of UGC. Further, passport size photo should be pasted on the prescribed space on the admit card and duly attested by a Gazetted Officers. No candidate without admit card will be allowed in the test centre so, candidates should not forget to carry their admission certificates on the day of exam
It is notified that some of the candidates have not submitted their application form/attendance slip to the University. The Roll Numbers of such candidates are mentioned in Centre-wise list below each centre. These candidates will have to come with two copies of admit cards, out of which, one should be handed over to the invigilator on the conclusion of the examination.
With 18 schools consisting of 73 departments at the campus, Madurai Kamaraj University came into existence in 1966. Besides, the university has 109 affiliated Colleges and 7 evening colleges and is selected as the coordinating university for NET December 2012 examination in Madurai by UGC.
