NCERT Offering Job for 4 Principal Posts, Apply before 17 April

National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT) invited application for the post of Principal for its Regional Institute of Education which is located at Ajmer, Mysore, Bhubaneswar, Shillong. The Post will be on the temporary basis. This appointment will be for 2 years and expendable for maximum 5 years. Interested Candidates can apply for the post on or before 17 April 2017.

The Candidate should have passed MA with at least 55% Marks from a recognized University Or have PH.D Degree in a relevant discipline with evidence of published work and research guidance. Candidate should be Associate Professor/Professor with a total experience of fifteen years of teaching/research/administration in Universities, Colleges and other institutions of higher education. A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) as set out in UGC’s Regulations in Appendix III for direct recruitment of Professors in Colleges.

Interested or eligible candidates can download the application form from the official website and forward the filled in application form along with attested photocopies of documents to Section Officer, Recruitment Section, Room No.- 12, 5th Floor, Zakir Husain Block, NCERT, New Delhi-110016. Candidates are required to make a demand draft of Rs.100/-(non-refundable) in favour of Secretary, NCERT payable at State Bank of India, NCERT Branch, New Delhi-110016. No fee for reserved category candidates. Applications should reach latest by 17 April 2017.
