Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test 2013 Result Declared

The State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT), Punjab has declared the Result of Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test (PSTET) 2013 on late 20 June 2013, and which can be found on the official website of SCERT at www.tetpunjab.com.
The Department of School Education, Government of Punjab has assigned the responsibility of conducting the Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test (PSTET) 2013 to the SCERT, Punjab.  The SCERT conducted PSTET-1 for Elementary Teacher Training candidates as well as PSTET-2 for B.Ed. aspirants. Both the tests were held on 09 June 2013 in 391 centers throughout the state.  
As per the records, a total of 60,382 candidates appeared in PSTET-1, out of which 4251 candidates (7.04 %) has cleared the test, where as the number of candidates participated in  PSTET-2 was 1, 68,396, and out of them  only 5141 candidates (3.05%) managed to qualify the test.
