COMMON INTERVIEW CAN BE MEANINGFUL IN THIS WAY SO THAT PARTIALITY AND PROBLEMS CAN BE RESOLVED- 1. REMOVE MINIMUM MARK CRITERIA REASON - TO STOP PARTIALITY AND MANY STUDENTS GET MUCH BETTER MARKS THAN TO SELECTED CANDIDATES BUT DONT GET SELECTED BECAUSE DISQUALIFIED IN INTERVIEW 2. FIX CERTAIN CRITERIA FOR INTERVIEW PROCESS LIKE FOR DRESSUP - 5 MARKS DOCUMENTS - 5 MARKS EXPERIENCE - 2 MARKS FOR NCC/NSS ETC. - 2 MARKS PERFORMANCE IN INTW- 8 MARKS REASON - INTERVIEWERS GIVE MARKS MOSTLY ON THE BASIS OF THEIR MOOD AND LIKING,,, NO CANDIDATE CAN PROVE HOW HE PERFORMED IN INTERVIEW. 3. FIX DATE OF INTERVIEW JUST AFTER OR EVEN BEFORE WRITTEN REASON - NO WAIT FOR MANY MONTHS 4. FIX DATE OF INTERVIEW RESULT. 5. 7 DAYS TIME TO JOIN AND SEIZE SCORECARD. REASON - TO STOP MULTIPLE SELECTION
