University Grant Commission on 20 December 2012 released specimen copy of OMR Sheets of Paper I & II (together) and Paper III separately for the examination that will be conducted at 77 coordinating centres on 30 December 2012. The examination will be held in objective mode with Multiple Choice Questions. Paper- I shall be of general in nature and questions will be asked on topics such as research, teaching, communication and comprehension etc. There will be 60 questions in paper – I of which candidates will have to attempt 50 questions. Paper-II and Paper- III will be subject-specific and will comprise of 50 and 75 compulsory questions respectively.
