University of Jammu Announced Admission to M Phil Programme in English 2013-14

The Post Graduate Department of English, University of Jammu invited applications from interested and eligible candidates for admission to M Phil Programme in English for the session 2013-14 through an entrance test

M Phil Programme in English (Two semester full time)

• Last date to submit application form: 22 January 2013
• List of eligible candidates displays on: 30 January 2013
• Date of Entrance Test: 4 February 2013

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates from University of Jammu should possess degree in M A English with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST). However, the aspirants from other Universities should have secured 60% marks.

Reservation: 8% of seats amongst the total seats are reserved for SC/ST category candidates.

Selection Process

The list of applicants who fulfil above mentioned eligibility criteria will be displayed on the notice board of Department of English of the University on the specified date. The selection of the eligible candidates will be based on their performance in an entrance examination conducted by the University on the prescribed date.
