Utkal University issued subject wise seat allotment chart for the registered candidates appearing in UGC National Eligibility Test December 2012. Candidates can access the details of seating arrangements as per their subject and Roll no. on the website of the University.
Candidates are requested to check and verify their Roll numbers according to their subjects in the list provided on the University’s website and must write the Venue allotted to them on their admit cards. In the important instructions mentioned in the notification, no admit cards will be sent to the candidates at their mailing address. Candidates are directed to carry admit cards with affixed photograph and a valid Photo ID proof to the test centre on the day of examination.
Moreover, candidates who have not submitted hard copies of application forms or attendance slips at the University are directed to carry original copy of admit cards along with one of its photocopy and the original must be submitted to the invigilator. Failing to follow mentioned instructions, candidates will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
Besides, the candidates who have not submitted photo copy of category certificate (OBC but not SEBC/SC/ST/PH/VH) are instructed to submit the same to the invigilator, failing which they will be permitted to appear at the UGC NET examination and their names shall be reported to the UGC NET Office, New Delhi.
Founded in 1943, Utkal University is the seventeenth oldest University in India and is now located at Vani Vihar, Bhubaneshwar. The University is amongst the coordinating universities that will coordinate the UGC National Eligibility Test for lectureship and JRF to be held on 30 December 2012.
