Are you staying at your house without any work and thinking about a job? If it’s exactly what you’re thinking about, then there are some ITI courses which will never let you unemployed, even in the days of economical uncertainties.

Electrician

Electrician- a 2 years long vocational course aims at turning the candidates into qualified electricians. The students who want to become an electrician can pursue the course only after completing their 10th with science. Under the course, the students learn about wiring (residential, commercial and industrial), lighting installation (residential, commercial and outdoors), power generation, distribution and transmission systems, insulators, earthing, capacitors and electrical circuits, batteries, servicing and repair of electrical appliances (motors, fans, pumps, home appliances, AC, fridge etc), Transformers and AC/DC systems.

Fitter

Fitter- an assembling structural framework vocational trade imparts training for structural framework. During the studies, the students learn how fit and assemble structural framework using angle iron, I-beams, steel plates, hand tools, and welding equipments. It opens many options for self employment. To pursue an ITI course with this trade, the students require passing 10th with Science and Mathematics. 

Carpenter

Carpenter- a small scale craftsman course can be completed in just one year. The syllabus of the trade is taught in two semesters which are of six months’ duration. Under the trade, the students are taught about cutting, shaping, reshaping, and installation of the material during the construction of building, ships, timber bridges, and concrete framework. To pursue an ITI course with this trade, the students need to pass their 8th from any recognised school board.

Foundry-man

Foundry man is a trade of ITI course which is completely focused on the activities surrounding the foundry. It’s a vocational trade under which the students are taught about all the aspects of the foundry. During the course, the students learn observing safety, using the fire safety equipments, preparing sand, mould and core, operating furnaces etc. The duration of the course is one year which is divided into two semesters. The candidates must have certificate of 10th with Science and Mathematics as subjects for taking admissions in the course.

Mason (Building Constructor)

It’s a vocational course of ITI for Mason building construction. The duration of the course is one year which is divided into two semesters. Each of the semesters is of six months. During the study under this trade, the students are taught all relate to the construction. Completing construction projects, drawing construction plan within the budget, overseeing the new structures, renovating and remodelling the historical buildings, and completing the paper work related to the construction are included in the key responsibilities of the Mason Building Constructor. To pursue this course the students need to pass at least 8th class.    

Welding

Under this trade of an ITI course, the students learn creating and articulating the metal structures using welders, shapers, measurement instruments. Apart from this, the students also how to produce mental items according to instructions they receive. For this, they teachers teach them how to use diagrams, outlines, and images to solve the purpose of the profession. The course is of 2 years’ duration which the students can take admissions in only after completing their 10th with Science and Mathematics.

Wireman

Wireman-An electrical engineering vocational trade is of the two years’ duration which is divided into four semesters. Each semester is of six months. Through the syllabus of this trade, the students are taught about repairing and replacing the existing wiring. Apart from this, the methods for the installation of wiring, fire protection system, troubleshoot electric systems etc. are also imparted to the students. After completing 10th with science, students can pursue the course.

They stay at their house without work and get frustrated after the due course of the time.
