Delhi: Students, who are eagerly waiting for ICSE 10th Results 2017 can get to hear some good news in few hours, as the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) is likely to declare ICSE 10th Results today. ICSE 10th Results declaration news has brought both excitement and anxiety for the students. Soon after the official declaration, students can visit cise.org to check their results online.
The ICSE Class X exam, which was earlier scheduled to begin on February 27 and end on March 31, commenced on March 10 and concluded on April 21.
With the news of the result declaration spreading across the State, students are very excited to see their performance. In such times, it is very important for students to be calm and composed while checking the ICSE Class 10 Result 2017.
Last year, the ICSE results were declared on May 6, along with the ISC Class 12 results. This year the ICSE 10 examinations delayed after the Election Commission of India declared elections to five assemblies; Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Goa and Manipur.
A total of 2,50,871 students were registered for the examinations this year with 1,76,327 candidates registered for the ICSE and 74,544 for ISC examinations, reported Hindustan Times.

• Go To the official website of CISCE, cisce.org
• Click on the results link given in the homepage
• Enter the Course Code, Candidate UID and the Captcha, in the next page open
• Click on the Show Result button to get the results.
• Click on the Print Result button to get the Print.
• CISCE had also made the ICSE results available on last year.
In 2016, ICSE Examination was conducted in 63 written subjects of which 22 are Indian languages and 13 are foreign languages. The total pass percentage for ICSE was 98.54% in 2016 and girls had done better than boys at examinations last year.
The Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) is an examination conducted by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, a private, non-governmental board of school education in India, for class 10th. It has been designed to provide an examination in a course of general education, in accordance with the recommendations of the New Education Policy 1986 (India), through the medium of English. Private candidates are not permitted to appear for this examination.
