Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Accounts Officer: CA/ICWA
  • Assistant Manager/HR:  2 Years Full time regular MBA with at least 60% marks from a recognized University with specialization in HR/IR
  • Medical Officer: M.B.B.S (Punjab) or any other equivalent Degree of any other university recognized by the Medical Council of India or L.S.M.F Diploma of the Pb. State Medical Faculty with F.Sc (Medical Group), or its equivalent
  • Asst Architect: Bachelor's degree with minimum 60% marks or Master's Degree with minimum 50% marks in architecture from the institute or University recognized by All India Board of Technical Studies for employment to Superior services
  • Revenue Accountant: Full time regular B.Com with minimum 60% marks
  • UDC/Accounts (Office Asst Accounts): Full Time regular B.Com with minimum 55% marks
  • UDC/General (Office Asstt. General): Full Time regular B.Com with minimum 55% marks
  • LDC/Cashier: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University or Institution with one hundred and twenty hours course with hands on experience in the use of Personal Computer or Information Technology in Office productivity application or Desktop Publishing application from a Govt. recognized institution, which is ISO 9001 certified.
  • Junior Engineer/ Electrical: Full Time Regular 3/4 years Diploma in Electrical/ Electrical and Electronics/ Computer Science/IT Engg. from an institute recognized by State/ Central Govt. with minimum 60% marks.
  • Auxiliary Plant Attendant/ Assistant Junior Specialist: Full Time Regular 3/4 years Diploma from an institute recognized by State/Central Govt. with minimum 60% marks.
  • Junior Engineer / Civil: Full Time Regular 3/4 years Diploma in Civil Engg. from an institute recognized by State/ Central Govt. with minimum of 60% marks.
  • Junior Engineer /Sub Station (JE/SS): Full Time Regular 3/4 years Diploma in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engg. from an institute recognized by State/Central Govt. with minimum 60%.
  • Electrician Grade-I: 3/4 years Diploma in Electrical Engg. from a recognized institute with minimum 50% marks.
  • Technician Grade-I (Instrumentation): 3/4 years Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics/ / Electrical / Computer Engineering from a recognized Institute with minimum 50% marks.
  • Technician Grade-II (Instrumentation): 3/4 years Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized Institute with minimum 50% marks.
  • Technician Grade-I (Mechanical): ¾ years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute with minimum 50% marks.
  • Technician Grade-II (Mechanical): ¾ years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute with minimum 50% marks.
  • Junior Plant Attendant: Matric with Regular ITI in any discipline with minimum 60% marks.
  • Junior Plant Attendant (Chemical): B. Sc. with Chemistry as main subject. with minimum 60% marks.
  • Sub Station Attendant(SSA): Full time regular course in ITI /Electrical with minimum 60% marks and 2 years apprenticeship experience in PSEB now PSPCL.
  • Law Officer Gr. II: Full time Graduation with minimum 60% marks & Full time regular Graduation in Law with professional 3 years course with minimum 60% marks.
  • Internal Auditor: B.Com(Ist Class) & M.Com (IInd Class)OR intermediate of Cost and Works Accountants/Inter-Mediate of Chartered Accountants.

Age limit

  • Accounts Officer, Assistant Manager/HR and Medical Officer: 20 to 37 years.
  • All other posts: - 18 to 37 years.
