Khalsa College Amritsar (KCA) is going to host the 83rd National Workshop on Radiochemistry and Applications of Radioisotopes (NWRAR) from September 21 to 28.
As revealed by KCA principal Dr Daljit Singh, the scientists from the prestigious Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) would address the event and discuss about the applications of radiations in physical, chemical and biological sciences.
He further revealed that the BARC is organizing the workshop in collaboration of KCA department of physics and the Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences, Mumbai sponsors the same. BARC director, radioisotope, Dr KL Ramakumar will be addressing the event and the renowned scientists such as Dr SK Aggarwal, Dr AVR Reddy, Dr Sarbjit Singh, Dr Rajesh Pai, Dr Gursharan Singh and Dr Veena Sagar would deliver their lectures as well as perform practical sessions during the workshop.
