In this video we will be discussing about the improvement which the government can do in IIT JEE exam, taking year drop for the preparation and how to make Mathematics interesting. Students can view the complete video and know about the views of Mr. Anand Kumar, the founder of Super 30.

Here, we asked mainly three questions which will definitely help engineering aspirants who are going to appear for JEE Main and JEE Advanced 2018 this year.

Question 1:

Is there any scope of improvement in IIT JEE exam which will help students who work very hard to crack this exam?

Answer:

Students can appear for JEE Advanced only 2 times in total. Class 12 appearing students can appear for JEE Advanced in two consecutive years. According to Mr. Anand Kumar, the government can do the following improvement in IIT JEE exam.

1. The number of attempts should be increased to 3 or 4 so that Hindi medium students get enough time to update for English medium after clearing class 10 board exams as the books for IIT JEE are mostly available in English.

2. The standard of the questions should be based on class 11 and 12 instead of Olympiad level. It will help poor students to crack this exam by doing self study.

 

Question 2:

How students can make Mathematics subject interesting?

Answer:

Mr. Anand kumar suggested that the students should asked them self about the “How and Why” of any mathematics question and concept used to solved the same. If class 8 student facing any difficulty to understand any concept or theorem, then he/she should study the concepts of class 6 and class 7. Mathematics is a very interesting subject all they need to do work hard. To make Mathematics interesting students should study concepts from the basics.

Question 3:

Should students take a year drop if they failed to crack IIT JEE exam in first attempt?

Answer:

According to Mr. Anand Kumar, students should try to crack this exam in the first attempt instead of thinking about the year drop as they never know that all the questions they prepared and practiced this year might be asked in the examination. So, be confident and put your 100% to get the desire result. In short student should not think about the next year. Once the result will come, then students can think about the 1 year drop as per the current performance.
