DU Cut off 2016: Fourth List released, popular courses still available

DU has released the fourth cut off list for UG course admission. Students selected in the fourth cut off list can complete all the admission formalities from 15 July.

DU has released the fourth cut off list for UG course admission. Students selected in the fourth cut off list can complete all the admission formalities from 15 July.

With the declaration of each cut off list, DU is adding a ray to hope for the aspirants. After three lists, the varsity has released the fourth cut off list on 15 July. Contradictory to the expectation still many options are available for students.

One of the most sought after course BA Economics (H) is available for admission at popular colleges like Shri Ram College of Commerce, Lady Shri Ram, Shaheed Bhagat Singh, PGDAV, Deshbandhu College, Dyal Singh College and Hans Raj College. Students interested for English Honours have seats available at 20 colleges, the popular ones being Kirori Mal and Lady Shri Ram.

Students should note that for Commerce Honours, seats are available in many colleges like Ramjas College (96.25%) and Shri Ram College of Commerce (97%). Other colleges like Aditi Mahavidyalaya, Bhim Rao Ambedkar College and College of Vocational Studies are also having seats for BCom courses.

The University has also released the first cut off list for the Non-Collegiate Women's Education Board (NCWEB). 5700 more seats have been added at NCWEB. Read the entire news here. Under NCWEB, only BA and BCom programs are offered. 21 colleges have a cut off of 78% for BA program and 88% for BCom program. The cut off is high at popular colleges.
