Eligibility Data Entry Operator (DEO) Job
i) Graduate from a recognized University.
ii) Applicant must have passed Punjabi or it s equivalent up to Matric level.
iii) Possess at least one hundred and twenty hours course with hands on experience in the use of Personal Computer on Information Technology in Office productivity
applications or Desktop Publishing Applications from Government recognized Institution or a reputed in Institution, which is ISO 9001 certified.
OR
Possess a computer Information Technology Course Equivalent to O Level Certificate of Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Course (DOECACC) of Government of India.
iv) Typing Punjabi & English with 30 words per minutes. Age limit: 37 years as on 01 January 2021.

Last date and time of receipt of application form at the office of Medical Superintendent, GGS Medical Hospital, Faridkot 07 May 2021 up to 05:00 pm. The applications received without a valid bank draft or without legible copies of documents or apparently containing incomplete information and those received after prescribed date & time will be summarily rejected. Applicant must possess the requisite qualification by the last date of receipt of application. Keeping in view of numbers of applications received, written test can be conducted.
