The faculty of management studies of Banaras Hindu University (BHU), organised an internship programme for MBA in Agri business, scheduled from October 7 till October 11. The inaugural function held on Monday.
Abhay Kumar Thakur( BHU finance officer) accentuated on the need of such programmes to bring out unseen potential in the students. Thakur stressed on placing right candidate to the right place to boost the competence and efficiency of the organization. The responsibility of manager is to split the work into manageable activities and pick people to achieve the task in time.
HP Mathur (Course coordinator Course coordinator) informed that, competent faculty members would conduct internship course of 45 hour long capsule. A focused module had been designed to build up knowledge and content base of students along with communiqué skills and analytical ability. RK Pandey (Head and Dean) informed that the purpose of this programme is to help out students become self-sufficient and achieve their goals, for which they really need to put diligence to establish their credentials.
RP Singh an officer on special duty on Rajiv Gandhi South Campus of BHU told that this internship programme is to assist students to thoughtfully plan their career.
