    Can Fin Homes Ltd. issued notification inviting applications for filling up the post of Manager for its branches in 10 cities (one branch in each city). Interested candidates should send their applications till 2 September 2013.

    Salary

    Pay Scale:  Rs. 20060 – 800 / 12 – 29660;

    Gross Salary (Basic Pay + DA + CCA + HRA, excluding perquisites): Rs. 38820 per month (as on 1 August 2013);

    In all each candidate will get around Rs. 6.63 lakhs per annum on CTC basis.

    Probation period: One year from the date of joining the Company

    Eligibility

    Age Limit:  between 25 years and 40 years (as on 1 August 2013)

    Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline with knowledge of computer operations.

    Candidate must be able to speak, read & write in the local language of the region / area of the branch for which he / she applies for.

    Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in any Nationalized Banks or 5 years’ experience in Private Sector Banks / HFC’s /similar financial institution.

    Candidate must hail from the same region / area or within a radius of 100 kms. of the branch for which they apply.

    Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the Interview.

    Only short-listed candidates (100 candidates 10 per city) will be called for Interview. Candidates’ will be short-listed on the basis of their academic career, qualifications, his / her ability to speak, read or write local language, nearness of his / her domicile to branch, experience in the previous assignment etc.

    Names of the candidates short listed for interview along with the details of venue / date / time for Interview will be uploaded on the Company’s website www.canfinhomes.com till 5 September 2013.

    All candidates should regularly check / visit the company’s website for all types of communication / information on interview, appointment etc as no individual communication will be sent to the candidates.

    The Interview will be held at Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore & Bhopal tentatively between 8 September 2013 and 15 September 2013.

    The list of selected candidates will be uploaded on the Company’s website www.canfinhomes.com on 16 September 2013 and appointment letter will be communicated to the selected candidates by e-mail / courier.

    Company would like the selected candidates to join the respective branch from 1 October 2013. However, they will be given a time of maximum 3 months to join the Company after which the appointment order will automatically stand cancelled.

    Selected candidates might be posted to other branches of the Company across the country also, if required.

    Application Fees: Non-refundable application fees of Rs. 200 have to be paid through a crossed Demand draft of any Bank drawn in favour of ‘CAN FIN HOMES LTD.’ payable ay ‘Bangalore’.

    Candidates must write their name on the reverse of the Demand Draft
