CAT Centre 2014 has enabled the Practice test on site at 1 PM on 28th October 2014. Practice test will continue to be available for the CAT 2014 aspirants till the CAT exam 2014 is over. With number of changes in the CAT 2014 exam pattern, the test is supposed to be a good and authenticated guide with sample questions. CAT 2014 aspirants can now practice with the sample test which is exactly as per the new format of CAT 2014.
It has two sections with 50 questions each. Total allotted time to complete the test will be 170 minutes. Candidates can freely switch from one section to other during the overall time limit.
First section is on Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation and the second section is on Verbal Ability & Logical Reasoning. Both consisting of 50 questions The second section will have a few questions on Critical reasoning as well. While Quantitative Ability and Verbal Ability will have major portion in their respective section, questions on Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning will be helping in boosting the score.
This is the first time that the practice test has not been made available with the opening of CAT registration process.
