The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the CBSE 10th result 2014 on 20 May 2014 at around 4:00 PM. Students appeared in the exam may now check their results either on CBSE’s official portal or at Jagran Josh by using details like roll number, registration number, and DOB.

To check the results on Jagran Josh, students need to register on https://www.jagranjosh.com/results/2014-cbse-10th-29950. After registration, they would receive their CBSE Class 10th Result 2014 in their inbox for email and mobile phone.
CBSE 10th result 2014 can also be accessed through IVRS on telephone and/or SMS services that are arranged by the CBSE in partnership with the National Informatics Center (NIC), Department Of Information Technology, Ministry of communication and Information technology, Govt of India. These services have been arranged by the board in order to provide instant and error free excess of the result.
Held from 01 March to 19 March 2014, the CBSE Class 10 exams 2014 were conducted for around 13, 25,627 students who registered for the exam. Out of the, 7.29 lakh students appeared for the school-based Summative – II exams, and remaining 5.96 lakhs sat for the Board-based external exams, as revealed by the sources.
Last year, the results for CBSE Class 10 exams were made public on 27 May 2013, which accrued a pass percentage of 98.76. With a pass percentage of 98.94, girls outperformed the boys who stood at 98.64% pass rate.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is a Board of Education for public and private schools, under the Union Government of India. It conducts final examinations for Classes 10 and 12 for the schools affiliated to it such as all Kendriya Vidyalayas, all Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, a number of private schools and most of the central government schools. Apart from this, the Board also conducts annually the All India Engineering Entrance Examinations and All India Pre-Medical Test for admission to undergraduate courses in engineering, architecture and medical colleges, respectively.
