CBSE has invited applications for ''CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship 2016”. Online applications can be submitted by eligible meritorious girl students who are the only child of their parents. In addition to this applicants must have passed Class 10 examination 2016 from CBSE-affiliated schools with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.2 CGPA grade. The last date for submission of online applications is 15 December 2016 and hard copy has to be submitted on or before 31 December 2016.
Candidates will receive an amount of Rs 500 per month (through DD/ ECS) as a part of the scholarship for a maximum period of two years.
