The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will announce Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) results on 26 May 2012. The Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi conducted the test for recruitment of Teachers for classes I to VIII on 5 May 2012.
CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) has postponed Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET 2012) on 5 May 2012 in state of Chandigarh, Manipur, Punjab, and Uttarakhand on account of General Election for Legislative Assemblies in these states. CTET for the candidates belonging to the Union Territories of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli was also conducted on the same date.
The minimum qualification to take this exam was Senior Secondary and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education/ BEd at Primary level and Graduation and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education/ BEd at Elementary level.
