Eligibility Criteria for Sr/Dy Engineer and HR Assistant Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Engineer/Senior Engineer/Deputy Manager (QA/QC): Engineering Graduate in Mechanical/Production/Metallurgical with minimum 50% from a recognised university. Candidate should possess required additional certification in the field.
Engineer/ Senior Engineer Specialist: Engineering Graduate with minimum 50% from a recognised university and additionally should have PAUT level II certification.
HR&A: MBA degree with HR specialization/PG degree in Social work with specialization in Personnel management & Labour welfare.
