    Eligibility Criteria for Cement  Corporation of India Various Jobs:

    Educational Qualification:

    • General Manager (Marketing)- The incumbent should be Graduate with master of Business Administration with specialization in marketing from recognized University / Institute or equivalent.
    • General Manager (Tech)- The incumbent should have Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent.
    • General Manager (Projects)- The incumbent should have Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent.
    • Dy. General Manager (Marketing)/Zonal Manager- The incumbent should be Graduate with master of Business Administration with specialization in marketing from recognized University / Institute or equivalent.
    • Dy. General Manager (HR)- The incumbent should have Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel/Social Work/Business Admn. with HR specialization/Labour & Social Welfare from recognized University/Institute or equivalent.
    • Dy.General Manager (MM)- The incumbent should have Degree in Engineering or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Materials Management from recognized Institute or equivalent.
    • Sr. Manager (HR)- The incumbent should have Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel/Social Work/Business Admn. with HR specialization/Labour & Social Welfare from recognized University/Institute or equivalent.
    • Sr. Manager (Finance)- The incumbent should be CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance)/SAS from recognized University/Institute or equivalent.
    • Sr. Manager (Mech)- The incumbent should have Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent.
    • Manager (Prod)- The incumbent should have Degree in Chemical Engineering or M,Sc with Chemistry from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent.
    • Manager (MM)- The incumbent should have Degree in Engineering or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Materials Management from recognized Institute or equivalent.
    • Manager (Mktg)- The incumbent should be Graduate with master of Business Administration with specialization in marketing from recognized University / Institute or equivalent.
    • Manager (E&I)- The incumbent should have Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent.
    • Manager (Mines)- The incumbent should have Degree in B.E. / B.Tech. in Mining Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institute or equivalent with First Class Managers Certificate of Competency under MMR – 1961.
    • Dy.Manager (Mines)- The incumbent should have Degree in B.E. / B.Tech. in Mining Engineering or equivalent from a recognized Institute or equivalent with First Class Managers Certificate of Competency under MMR – 1961.
    • Dy.Manager (Legal)- The incumbent should be Graduate with 3 years professional Law Degree from recognized University / Institute or equivalent.
    • Dy.Manager (System)- Graduate in Engineering or M.C.A, M.Tech in Computer Science from recognized University/Institute.
    • Dy.Manager (Prod.)- The incumbent should have Degree in Chemical Engineering or M,Sc with Chemistry from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent.
