JEE Advanced Result 2014

IIT Entrance Exam (JEE Advance) Result 2014 is declared today, on 19th June. Students sat in the said exam may access their result here: http://jeeadv.iitd.ac.in

Students appeared in the Joint Entrance Exam (advanced) 2014 for admissions in Indian Institutes of Technology and Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad should now keep their fingers crossed as the result of IIT Entrance Exam (JEE Advance) is going to be announced today.

Successful candidates would be eligible to take admissions in India’s leading Engineering colleges – the Indian Institutes of Technology located at Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Mandi, Mumbai, Patna, Ropar, Roorkee and Varanasi; and the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad. Once the result is announced, qualified students will need to log in the official site and submit their choices for courses offered by the 17 IITs and ISM within the time frame of 20th June to 24th June.

This year JEE Advance Exam conducted for the 9,784 seates of various IIT Colleges listed below:

IIT BOMBAY: 880 seats
IIT MANDI: 120 seats
IIT DELHI: 851 seats
IIT INDORE: 120 seats
IIT KHARAGPUR: 1341 seats
IIT HYDERABAD: 220 seats
IIT JODHPUR: 160 seats
IIT KANPUR: 827 seats
IIT MADRAS: 838 seats
IIT GANDHINAGAR: 150 seats
IIT PATNA: 200 seats
IIT ROORKEE: 1065 seats
IIT ROPAR: 120 seats
IIT (BHU) Varanasi: 1090 seats
IIT GUWAHATI: 660 seats
ISM DHANBAD: 962 seats

The IIT Entrance Exam (JEE Advance) 2014 was held on 25 May 2014 in which around 1.5 lakh students, short-listed from JEE (Main) Exam 2014, appeared.  

Students may check out the Answer Keys for both the Paper-1 and Paper-2 that are available on the JEE (Advanced) website. In case they are not satisfied with their marks for any specific questions, they may submit a review request for the same that will charge them Rs.500/- for each question they want to be re-assessed.
