Cutoffs:

Cutoff is a minimum score or rank which would be set by the COMEDK consortium to select the suitable and best candidates for admission once the results are made public by them. Therefore it is necessary to score marks equal to or more than the cutoff for getting called for counseling and seat allotment. If any candidate score high marks than the cutoff, he will be given a place in the final merit list.

The Cutoffs of exam depend upon many factors such as: Total number of applicants, Total number of seats in any college, Total number of seats in any course, reservation, Exams question level, performance of students writing test, marking pattern etc.
