Educational Qualification

• Scientist: PhD in the area of Life Sciences/Biochemistry/Zoology/Biotechnology Chemical Sciences/Medicinal Chemistry/Natural Product Chemistry/ Process Chemistry/Chemical Biology/Analytical Chemistry/ Pharmacology/Toxicology/Animal Breeding & Genetics/Veterinary Microbiology/Bacteriology, M.D. in Pathology/Medicine/Pharmacology or M.V.Sc. in Pharmacology/Pharmacology & Toxicology/Pathology and M.V.Sc. in Animal Breeding & Genetics/Microbiology/Bacteriology.
• Senior Scientist: PhD in the area of Life Sciences/Zoology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Chemical Sciences/Medicinal Chemistry/Natural Product Chemistry/Process Chemistry/Chemical Biology/Analytical Chemistry with 2 year Post-Doctoral experience regarding interventions for Parasitic and Infectious Diseases/Life Style Diseases/Reproductive Health/Pharmacology/Toxicology/Pathology, M.D. in Pathology/Pharmacology with 3 year experience or M.V.Sc. in Pharmacology & Toxicology/Pathology with 3 year experience and M.V.Sc. in Animal Breeding & Genetics/Microbiology/Bacteriology with 3 year experience in relevant area.

Age Limit for Scientist/Senior Scientist Posts

• Scientist: Maximum 32 years
• Senior Scientist: Maximum 37 years
