Shri M.M. Gupta, CMD, Dainik Jagran and Shri Sanjay Gupta, Editor-in-Chief and CEO, Dainik Jagran, today called on the Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, and presented two demand drafts worth Rs 4 crores towards the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund, this Friday.
Dainik Jagran is the leading daily read newspaper in the country, as per a recent study done by the Media Research Users Council and Research Studies Council of India. It leads three categories of the study namely, Top Dailies, Top Publications and the Top Hindi Dailies.
The Directors of Dainik Jagran Group along with the political editor Prashant Mishra were also present on the occasion. Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund accepts funds and voluntary contributions from individuals, organizations, trusts, companies and institutions to render relief to victimized families and individuals.
The fund completely consists of public contributions and has no other budgetary support.
