The tentative schedule for preliminary trials for admission to seats under extra-curricular activities quota in the Delhi University has been issued by the university. The trials would begin on 7 July and would continue till 13 July, 2016.
Despite the fact that the Website of Delhi University got jammed multiple times, many aspirants have had their eyes at the tentative schedule. The schedule at this moment doesn’t provide the detail of colleges where the trials would take place. The notice in the website also notifies the candidates about the fact that the university has all the rights to change/modify the tentative schedule without assigning any specific reason at any point of time.
The website would also list the name of shortlisted candidates on 14 July at 6 pm. From 15 to 18 July, the final trials would be held and the candidates would be allowed to use their grievance redressed through email. The final result mentioning the list of selected candidates would be made public on the official website of DU on 19 July at 11 am.
The first round of counseling and verification of documents would take place on 20 and 21 July and first admission list would be out on 22 July, at 10 am at the website. From 23 to 25 July, various colleges would take admission of such students in the various courses.
The second round of counseling would begin from 26 July and would conclude on 27 July, 2016. The third counseling would take place from 1 August to 7 August. After closure of each rounds of counseling, the list of selected candidates would be made public and the admission would begin for them. Candidates would be able to pay their fees online, till the next day of their admission.
