DU second cut off list has been declared! But contrary to the hopes and expectations of aspirants, the cut off has fallen down by the slightest margin.

The DU second cut off list has added to the anxiety of the DU aspirants; the new DU cut off list stands marginally shorter to the first one! With only a variation of 0.25-1% the second list has shadowed the hopes of the students.

While intake capacity of courses like history, life science has been over seats are still vacant for other popular courses. Daulat Ram College has closed the admission process in biomedical science and zoology, life science admission has been over in Ramjas College. This shows a greater demand for science subjects this year, than Arts and Commerce.

Ramjas college had declared the highest DU first cut off this year for BCom (H) (99.25%); the highest in the second cut off has reduced to 97.75%. The cut off for BCom (Pass) has decreased by 1.5% and now stands at 97.25%. Economics cut off is 97.5% at Lady Sri Ram and it is 97.5% for English in the same college.

The much-in-demand BCom (H) is open for admission in highly sought after colleges like Lady Shri Ram, Hansraj, Hindu and IP. Admissions are also open for Economics and English courses as well. Hence, students should not panic about admission. With seats being available and the third cut off list to be in favour of many, many aspirants can fulfill their dream of getting admission in one of the premiere Universities of the nation.

Students who have taken admission through the first cut off list can deposit their fees till 05 July 2016 (10.00pm).
