How can I handle examination stress just before exams?

Q: I tend to panic before exam and can hardly recall what all I have learned. How should I handle this stress?

A:1. The best way is to be prepared; the earlier you start revision, the less stress you will suffer later on.

2. Revising round the clock will make you feel exhausted. Relax by incorporating some activities you enjoy into your time table.Taking time out for a bit of exercise or sport is a particularly good stress-buster.

3. Restraining your emotions can increase anxiety, but talking to friends and family about how you are feeling will quickly ease the strain.Try your level best to refrain from negative thoughts.

4.There is nothing worse than trying to do an exam on no sleep.

5. To avoid stress on the day of exam, wake up on time and make sure you have everything prepared for the exam. Eat a healthy breakfast that will keep you feeling relaxed and alert throughout the day. Take a deep breath as it can stop panic.
