Experiential Learning is the way of Life at Manav Rachna Educational Institutions

    At Manav Rachna Educational Institutions (MREI), the focus on experience-based learning and industry interface has helped develop crucial real world skills among its graduates who are ever ready to face global challenges.     Industry-readiness and employable skills among MREI’s students have come through the concentrated efforts of two of the Institution’s most prolific career driven hubs: the Career Development Centre (CDC) and Corporate Resource Centre (CRC), both relentless in their pursuit of training the young minds and helping them to realize their full potential as they take the plunge into the job market.

    More than 1600 students from the batch passing out in summer 2016 have already been placed during Campus Placements at Manav Rachna Educational Institutions. The campus placement drive kicked-off to a flying start with the industry partners Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) & Accenture visiting the Manav Rachna Educational Institutions (MREI) campus early to recruit students. TCS and Accenture alone recruited 200 students.

    MREI students have been placed with leading corporate houses like SuKam, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, HCL Technologies, IBM, Accenture, Dell, Wipro, Sunlife Technologies, Ericsson, EXL Services, NIIT, Honeywell, L&T Infotech, Aon Hewitt, Cinda Engineering, Micromax, Avery India, Capital IQ, Ceasefire, Covidien, Dell, Denso Subros, Eureka Forbes,  Henkel India,  Hewlett Packard, Honeywell, IFB Industries, Microsoft, Nestle, NIIT Technologies, Oracle, Personal Point, RNF Technologies, Religare and the likes.

     “The entire placement process at Manav Rachna is conducted professionally. Students get registered online through the University website for placement, immediately on completion of their pre-final year. Sorting of eligible candidates, consent of the eligible candidates and communication of the placement results are all processed online. Companies are invited to give on-campus presentations. Students get an opportunity to understand company philosophies, recruitment strategies, talent requirements, compensation packages and career progression, thus making an informed decision on their career choice”, informs Dr. Prashant Bhalla, President, MREI.
