    Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) issued notification for recruitment to 16 posts in 5 departments. Interested candidates can send their applications till 18 February 2013.

    Graduation with Economics / Public

    Administration / Commerce / Sociology / Psychology / Law degree with Labour Laws as one of the subjects from a recognized university and Degree / Diploma in Social work / Labour Welfare / equivalent from a recognized University /Institution.

    Knowledge of Hindi / Sanskrit is must for all the posts.

    Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the Interview.

    If the number of applications received in response to the advertisement is large, the Commission may restrict the number of candidates for interview to a reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement or by holding a screening test or any method devised by the Commission.

    How to obtain application form: Application forms can be obtained by sending a Indian Postal Order / Bank Demand Draft of Rs.500 [for General Category including Dependent son of ESM of Haryana candidates] / Rs.125 [for candidates belonging to SC / BC and Ex-Servicemen of Haryana and women candidates of all categories] along with a self addressed (with Pin Code) envelope duly stamped with Rs.50 for registered post, to ‘The Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission, Bays No. 1-10, Block-B, Sector-4, Panchkula’ till 11 February 2013 or by making cash payment of the required amount at the counter between 1000 hrs and 1300 hrs and between 1400 hrs and 1600 hrs on all working days till closing date.

    The DD should be issued from any branch of Scheduled Bank of India and payable to the Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission at Panchkula.

    The candidates must write their names, address in block letters, name of the post for which application form is required and category of form as there will be two sets of application forms.  

    No extra fee, other than the cost of application form, is required to be paid.

    [Persons with disabilities shall be exempted from payment of application fee and examination fee.]

    Upper age limit is relaxed bale by 5 years for SC / BC candidates of Haryana, unmarried / destitute women candidates of Haryana and PH candidates of Haryana belonging to General category. PH candidates of Haryana belonging to SC/BC categories will be offered 10 years relaxation in upper age limit.
    Eligibility of candidates with regard to qualifications and experience etc. will be determined on 18 February 2013.
    Experience gained after minimum basic qualification will  only be taken into consideration, , wherever required.
    If suitable ESM category candidates are not available only then dependent sons / daughters of ESM will be considered against the posts reserved for ESM.
    How to apply: After obtaining the application form from the Secretary’s office, Candidates should fill it, attach copies of required documents and send it to “The Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission, Bays No. 1-10, Block-B, Sector-4, Panchkula” so as to reach there by the prescribed last date.
