HDFC Helping Students in Educational Crisis

In an endeavour to provide monetary assistance to school students studying in class 6- 12 from any government or private school in India, the HDFC bank is offering scholarship under their ‘Educational Crisis Scholarship Support’ programme. This scholarship is being offered to those students who cannot pay their school fee due to financial constraint arising out of reasons like family crisis, bereavement, death, permanent disability or loss of job of the bread winner of the family.

Students, who cannot fund their school fee due to financial constraint resulting from family crisis, bereavement, death, permanent disability or loss of job of the bread winner of the family, are offered scholarship by HDFC bank under their ‘Educational Crisis Scholarship Support’ programme.

Last date to submit application is August 15, 2017. To check the eligibility and application procedures follow the proceedings:

Eligibility:

School students studying in class 6- 12 from any government or private schools in India are eligible to apply for this opportunity.

Reward:

The awardees will receive monetary help of maximum INR 10,000 p.a. for school fee.

Application:

Applications can be made online only.

About:

Educational Crisis Scholarship Support (ECSS) programme is envisaged to provide interim support for children facing a personal or economic exigency. With the aim of empowering individuals who are economically and socially disadvantaged, the bank has initiated various projects in the field of education and livelihood training.
