UP Board 10th Result 2015 and Uttar Pradesh Board 12th Result 2015: Uttar Pradesh Board has declared the Class 10 & 12 result on 17 May 2015. This is the first time in the history of the board that, the results for Class 10 & 12 have been declared on same day. A total of 3498430 candidates have appeared for the Class 10 exam and a total of 2924768 students took up the intermediate exam, state wide. The board has completed the evaluation of the answer sheets, of the Class 12 and 10 exams which were held from 19 February-23 March 2015 and 19 February-11 March 2015, respectively.
UP Board Intermediate (12th) and High School (10th) Result 2015
Candidates can access their results from the official website of the Board or else can also get their result at www.jagranjosh.com. Results can be accessed using roll numbers.
Last year, the result was announced on May 25. Around 92 percent students had passed the class 12 examination. Class 10 result was also good.
Like the previous years, girls had trumped boys in passing the examinations. This year too girls have win the race.
Candidates can access their results at www.jagranjosh.com and hereby informed that the mark sheets given are not original. These mark sheets will not be treated as originals under any circumstance.
The first public examination after 10 years education is High School Examination and after the 10+2 stage, there is Intermediate Examination. Prior to 1923, University of Allahabad was the examining body of these two examinations. Previously at High School level there were different streams of education namely, Arts, Science, Fine Arts, Agriculture, Technical Education, Commerce, etc. But taking into consideration the need of a common core curriculum up to Class 10th, the Board revised its High School curriculum from its examination of the year 2000.
An important notification had come from UP State Principal Secretary (Secondary Education) Surya Pratap Singh, in the light of practical exams, this year. To do away with practical exam malpractices taking place in the state, the government had decided that if a student scores less than 10 per cent or more than 80 per cent in practical exams, his or her performance in the paper will be re-examined by a third party. As per him, the invigilators who took the practical exam were tested on their subject knowledge before being assigned to take practical exams themselves.
This year a total of 34,98,430 students have appeared for the UP Board Class 10th exam 2015 whereas last year more than 39 lakh students had appeared for the same.

UP Board Class 12th (Intermediate) examination results 2015 has been declared by the UP Board today at 12.30 pm IST.
