    Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) invited application for recruitment to the post of Management Trainee. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format before 11 October 2013.

    • Declaration of the list of provisionally selected candidates: 10 December 2013
    • Pre-employment Medical Test: 11 December 2013 to 18 December 2013

    Application Fee: Rs. 500/- along with the bank charges Rs. 25/- (total Rs. 525/-) in “Hindustan Aeronautics Limited – Recruitment Account” bearing No. 30969511830, on or before 10 October 2013. SC / ST / PWD candidates are exempted from application fee.

    Educational Qualification

    • Management Trainee (Technical): Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology (Full Time) (4 years after 10 +2) in Branches of Aeronautical / Computer Science / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical /Metallurgy / Production, from the Institutes/Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities in the country with minimum aggregate 60% marks (for General / OBC) and 50% marks (for SC / ST / PWD).
    • Management Trainee (Integrated Materials Management): Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology (Full Time) (4 years after 10 +2) in the Branches of Electrical/Mechanical/ Production, from Institutes / Universities, recognized by appropriate statutory authorities in the country a minimum of 65% marks and SC / ST / PWD candidates should have secured a minimum of 55% Marks, in the aggregate of all the Semesters.
    • Management Trainee (Marketing): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology (4 years Full Time course after 10 +2) in the Branches of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical & Production, with 2 years Full Time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management from Institutes / Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities in the Country with minimum aggregate 60% marks (for General / OBC) and 50% marks (for SC / ST / PWD).
    • Management Trainee (Human Resources): Bachelor’s Degree (Full Time) (3 years after 10 +2) with 2 years Full Time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma / MBA / MSW / MA with specialization in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations from Institutes / Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities in the country with minimum aggregate 60% marks (for General / OBC) and 50% marks (for SC / ST / PWD)
    • Management Trainee (Legal): Bachelor of Law (5 years integrated Full Time course after 10 + 2) or Bachelor’s Degree (Full Time) with Bachelor of Law (Full Time) (3 + 3 years after 10 + 2), from Institutes / Universities, recognized by appropriate statutory authorities in the country with minimum aggregate 60% marks (for General / OBC) and 50% marks (for SC / ST / PWD)
    • Management Trainee (Civil): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology in Civil (4 years Full Time Course after 10 +2), from Institutes/Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities in the Country with minimum aggregate 60% marks (for General / OBC) and 50% marks (for SC / ST / PWD)
    • Management Trainee (Architecture): Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (5 years Full Time Course after 10 +2), from Institutes/Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities in the Country with minimum aggregate 60% marks (for General / OBC) and 50% marks (for SC / ST / PWD)

    Age Limit (as on 11 October 2013): Upper Age limit is 28 years for General category candidates. a relaxation can be availed as per govt norms.
