Before the exam
1.Revise all the formulae and important tricks, Making a small notebook or diary which is handy is an added advantage.
2.Does no start anything from the scratch just revise the topics thoroughly.
3.Read all the current affairs and give a quick glance at your notes which has all the history related events, planning, commission etc.
4.Do not panic if you cannot learn more vocabulary words now just revise and understand which you have practiced so far.
5.Many candidates forget to check the centre of examination and its proper location or route which will be a hassle on the day of your exam, so it is your prior duty to find the centre.
6.If your centre is out of your city make proper arrangements before like transportation, accommodation etc as no service will be provided to any candidate for this.
On the day of Examination
1.Reach examination hall at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
2.Late entries or making an excuse for coming late will not be entertained.
3.Do not forget to take black ball point pen which is very much important to mark OMR sheet and please carry your own stationery items pencil, eraser etc. as permission will not be given to borrow from someone which creates disturbance in the examination hall.
4.Do not take any gadgets inside the examination hall; mobiles, tabs, calculators, Bluetooth devices etc or even your books ¬es as no one will be responsible for the safety of the items.
5.Candidates must carry their Id proofs like Aadhar, license, passport etc. With the admit card failing to do so will not be permitted to appear for the written examination.
6.Read and listen all the instruction carefully while marking the OMR sheet which will be provided by the invigilator and clear your doubts without any hesitations.
7.While filling the OMR sheet candidates should make sure to fill the circle properly as any mistake can turn your answer into negative marks.
8.Although whitener will be provided to the candidates from the invigilators to correct the correction but candidates are advised to fill it carefully.
9.CDS written paper contains negative marking too so be careful while attempting or marking the options.
10.Candidates are advised to mark the answer alongside as leaving all the answer at the end will be troublesome.
11.Candidates should be aware of for which exam they are appearing. As there had been few cases in the past where candidates have applied for IMA/AFA/NA and have appeared only for OTA and have not attempted Mathematics paper, or there had been cases where candidates have applied for OTA and have appeared only for Mathematics which will not be evaluated.
12.Last but important suggestion to all the candidates does not read the question paper at once just give a glance and solve while reading. Try not to waste time if you are stuck at one question leave it and move on.
