How to Register for IIFT 2017-19

    The registration process for IIFT has begun long before and hence it is time that you start applying for the IIFT 2017-19 Batch to get a seat in one of the most coveted B-school of India offering MBA (International business) at their New Delhi and Kolkata Campuses.

    There are three modes of applying for the IIFT exam. You can submit the application form via cash, post or by applying online.

    Submitting Application Form via CASH

    For this mode, you need to obtain a prospectus and Application Form on all working days (Monday to Friday) between 10.00 a.m. – 4.30 p.m. by making a payment of Rs. 1550 ( Rs. 775/- for SC/ST/PH candidates and  Rs. 4500/- for Foreign Nationals/NRIs/Children of NRIs) in cash.

    The prospectus can be obtained from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, B-21,Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi- 110016 OR 1583 Madhurdaha, Ward No. 108, Borough XII, Kolkata - 700107.

    Submitting Application Form via POST

    In case you are interested to obtain the application form via POST, then you must send a Demand Draft of the amount mentioned under in favour of INDIAN INSTITUTE OF FOREIGN TRADE payable at NEW DELHI.

    After receiving the necessary documents, fill in the application form and send it to the Section Officer (GSD), Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, B-21, Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi - 110 016 latest by 5th September 2016.

    In addition, you also need to send Two self addressed adhesive stickers/ name slips with address (not the envelop) along with the application form

    Submitting Application Form via ONLINE MODE

    Before registering yourself for the IIFT exam, keep a your scanned photo (less than 50 KB) and scanned signature (less than 50 KB) ready. Also keep with you a valid Credit / Debit card (Master/ VISA) in case you want to pay ONLINE.

    Follow these steps to register yourself successfully

    Step 1: Click on the Apply Online Option

    Step 2: As and when you click on the green tab, the window in the below snapshot would appear. And then Click on the Apply Now option, shown in the left bar of the window.

    Step 3: Choose your Category to apply Online, if you belong to General Category then choose General Candidates, otherwise choose SC/ST/PH/OBC or Foreign Nationals category.

    Step 4: After you choose your category then proceed to fill the Online Application Form by clicking on the Blue Tab given at the end of the page.

    Step 5: Fill in your Personal Details as shown below.

    Step 6: Carefully fill in your Contact Details as shown below. Ensure that the mail i.d. which you are filling is correct and is valid. This mail i.d. will be used by the institute for further correspondence.

    Step 7: Now enter a password which should be strong and fill in the Numeric Capcha given below.

    Step 8: After you click on the Continue Option, a dialog box will appear. Click on ‘OK’ to confirm he information filled by you.

    Step 9: After you confirm the details, a window would appear as shown in the below snapshot. Click on the checkbox which mentions “I have verified all the details entered by me in the Registration and want to Submit the same”. Thereafter, click on the ‘Submit’ Option.

    Step 10: After ‘Submit’ your details, this window will appear. Thereafter you need to login, to fill the further details.

    Step 11: Login with the details mentioned below. Input your Application No. and Password.

    Step 12: After you login, click on the indicated place to fill in your Educational Details.

    Step 13: After carefully filling your Educational Details, click on Save and Continue option. Provide true information only in the form. If the information is found incorrect at any stage, it might lead to cancellation of your admission status.

    Step 14: Further, you will be directed to the Mode of Payment window which will as you choices, to pa either through Demand Draft or via Credit/Debit Card.

    Step 15: If you choose to pay via Credit/Debit Card you will be directed to the window given below. Click on the directed option to make payment successfully.

    Step 16: Make payment through this merchant platform.

    Step 17: If you choose to pay via Demand Draft you will be directed to the window given below. Fill in the required details and then Click on the directed option to make payment successfully.
