HSCC invited applications for recruitment to multiple Managerial posts in various disciplines on immediate Absorption / Contract basis and to the posts of Personal Assistant on Deputation basis for its ongoing and future assignments. Graduate in Architecture with minimum 60% marks and experience in computerized planning, and design of specialized large scale building and complexes including health care facilities.

Design & Engineering --Civil Structural

E-2 to E-7

Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks and experience in design of multistoried RCC buildings, retaining walls, machine foundations and water containing structures in organizations handling large civil projects. Knowledge of IS Codes, structure software for space frames, columns, foundations, design, STAAD & AUTOCAD is a must.

Desired: Exposure to other softwares like STRAP, SAP.

Preferred: Adequate exposure in checking of drawing & detailing of RCC & Steel structures including interdisciplinary coordination.

2.ii

Design & Engineering -- Electrical Engineering

E-2 to E-6

Graduate in Electrical Engineering with minimum 60% marks and experience in electrical design of large multistoried buildings, Hospitals/Hotels etc for internal & external electrification, HT, MV, L T and substations & execution of the same, checking of working drawings, site supervision etc.

Design & Engineering -- Mechanical Engineering

Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks and experience in designing and execution of central HVAC works.

Preferred: Candidates with experience of handling special services such as laundry, kitchen, gas piping, CSSD, waste disposal etc for hospitals/hotels etc, including site supervision.

Project Management & Site Supervision

E-2 to E-7

Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks and experience in all aspects of project management (site),  including civil / structural works, publishing and finalizing pre-qualification requirements as per norms, inviting tenders, scrutiny of bids of vendors, monitoring, execution of site activities etc.

Finance & Accounts

CA /ICWA preferably with CS having relevant experience in finalization of balance sheet in line with accounting standards, monitoring of funds, letters of credit, Contractual payments to contractors/vendors, employees, Direct & Indirect Taxation matters with exposure to service tax, labor cess, VAT etc, Company Law matters, Budget Preparation, Budgetary control, Project evaluation, MIS, Internal Control System, finalization of balance sheet, coordination with Banks, Statutory bodies, Auditors, Tax authorities, Ministries etc. Experience of working in a computerized environment is must.

Human Resource Management

MBA or equivalent with minimum 60% marks and specialization in HR preferably with LLB Degree and experience of working in a reputed PSU with in depth knowledge of HR functions including Performance Management, Training & Development, OD, Career Planning, Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Evolution of Policies, Establishment matters, latest Labor Laws, compliance with Govt. guidelines, exposure to general administration and liaison, Public Relations, vigilance matters etc. Candidates must possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Personal Assistant

Graduate preferably having completed course in secretarial practice with proficiency in shorthand and typing. Experience of independently managing the functions of senior officials in the Government.

 

Candidates holding analogous post in Central/State Govt on regular basis in Pay Band-2 Rs.9300-34800 (CDA) with grade pay of Rs.4600/- for minimum period of 2 years may apply for the post on deputation basis.

 

Deputationists will continue to draw the salary as per their entitlement in the parent Department plus deputation.

 

Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the Interview.

 

Final selection will be subject to vigilance clearance and satisfactory Annual Confidential Reports.

Appointment will be subject to candidates being found medically fit as per the company’s standards.

Selected candidates are liable to be posted anywhere in India/abroad
