    Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL) invited applications for the posts of General Manager, Additional General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Senior Manager, Manager, Deputy Manager and Asst.     Eligibility Criteria for Managerial Jobs:

    Educational Qualification:

    • General Manager (Technical)- Engineering Graduate from a recognized University in Mechanical /Electrical / Electronics /Naval Architecture /Civil with PG/PG Diploma in Naval Architecture with an aggregate of not less than 55% of marks in qualifying exam.
    • Additional General Manager (Finance)- Graduate with a pass in the Final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost & Works Accounts of India.
    • Additional General Manager (Submarine Technical)- Engineering Graduate from a recognized University in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics /Naval Architecture /Civil with PG/PG Diploma in Naval Architecture with an aggregate of not less than 55% of marks in qualifying exam.
    • Additional General Manager (Technical)- Engineering Graduate from a recognized University in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics /Naval Architecture /Civil with PG/PG Diploma in Naval Architecture with an aggregate of not less than 55% of marks in qualifying exam.
    • Additional General Manager (Security & Admin)- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with an aggregate of not less than 55% of marks in the qualifying examination.
    • Deputy General Manager (Technical)- Engineering Graduate in Mechanical / Marine / Electrical Engineering / Naval Architecture /Civil with PG/PG Diploma in Naval Architecture with an aggregate of not less than 55% of marks in qualifying exam.
    • Deputy General Manager (HR)- Graduate in any discipline with PG Degree / Two year PG Diploma in Labour & Social Welfare or Labour Studies or PM & IR or HR Management or MBA with Personnel Management awarded by recognized Universities / Institutes registered with AICTE with not less than 50% marks in qualifying examination.
    • Senior Manager (HR & Admn.)- Graduate in any discipline with PG Degree / Two year PG Diploma in Labour & Social Welfare or Labour Studies or PM & IR or HR Management or MBA with Personnel Management awarded by recognized Universities / Institutes registered with AICTE with not less than 50% marks in qualifying examination.
    • Senior Manager (Dock Master)- Master / First Mate (FG or Home Trade) with certificate of competency issued by DG Shipping.
    • Manager (Technical)- Ex-servicemen of Indian Navy retired as ERA3/EAR3/EAP3/CHSWA/MECH3/MECH(P/R)- 3 & above.
    • Deputy Manager (Technical)- Ex-servicemen of Indian Navy retired as ERA3/EAR3/EAP3/CHSWA/MECH3/MECH(P/R)- 3 & above.
    • Deputy Manager (HR & Admn.)- Graduate in any discipline with PG Degree / Two year PG Diploma in Labour & Social Welfare or Labour Studies or PM & IR or HR Management or MBA with Personnel Management awarded by recognized Universities / Institutes registered with AICTE with not less than 50% marks in qualifying examination.
    • Deputy Manager-Liaison Works (Delhi Office)- The person must be a graduate in any discipline and should possess good command over English language with good Computer skills.
    • Asst. Manager (Security)- Graduate in any discipline with experience in Navy / Army / Air Force or Para Military forces. Candidates having Diploma in Industrial Security will be preferred.
    • Asst. Manager (Medical)- MBBS Degree and registered with Indian Medical Council.

    The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the interview/exam conducted by the organization.
