The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is hiring for 1315 vacant positions of Specialist Officer (SO). The online application process for IBPS SO 2018 has begun. The candidate who wants to apply for Specialist Officer can apply through the online mode from 7 November 2017 to 27 November 2017.
IBPS will recruit to the post of Specialist Officer through the Online Examination. The online examination will be held in two phases i.e. Preliminary and Main. The candidates who will successfully qualify in Preliminary Examination and shortlisted will have to appear for Online Main Examination. Then, the shortlisted candidates will be called for a Common Interview. The IBPS SO Preliminary Exam 2017 is scheduled to be on 30 December 2017 and 31 December 2017 and the IBPS SO Mains Examination 2017 will be conducted on 28 January 2018.
The IBPS SO Preliminary Examination 2017 will be based on English Language, Reasoning, General Awareness and Quantitative Aptitude. The candidates have to qualify in each test by scoring the minimum cut off marks decided by IBPS. The Time Duration will be 2 hrs for IBPS SO Preliminary Examination 2017.
Interested aspirants can apply through the online mode up to 27 November 2017. The application fee for SC/ST/PWD is Rs 100 and for all other categories is 600. The candidates can make online payment through Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ Master Card/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
