This year, the ICSE board examination 2014 for class 10th was conducted from 3 March to 29 March 2014 in near about 2500 centres.

As per the information mentioned by board, this year the exam was conducted in 2500 centres across India, while to evaluate answer sheets, while some 650 centres were made the evaluation centres for checking papers.
The ICSE examination was held in 64 written subjects, among which 23 are Indian languages and some foreign languages
The pass percentage for 2013 examination stood at 98.20, while he highest percentage was scored from southern Indian region with achievement of 99.66 per cent.
To get through the exam, the board has set the guideline as minimum 6 paper to be cleared overall, in which 3 are compulsory, while remaining 3 belongs to option subjects, after which only the ICSE pass and promotion certificate is granted to the student.
