    2. Senior Manager: 3 posts

    a. Finance & Accounts (F&A) Department: One post

    Pay Scale: Rs.8100 -- Rs.24200 per month

    Maximum Age Limit: 35 years

    Qualification & Experience: Graduate + MBA/ CA/ CFA and experience of 3 years;

    [Upper age limit is relax-able by 5 years for SC/ST category candidates and by 3 years for OBC (NCL) category candidates]

    Selection Procedure:Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the Interview.

    Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview to be held at IFCI’s Registered Office, New Delhi.

    Provisionally selected candidates will be issued offer of appointment.

    Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of six (6) months from the date of joining.

    Call letters for interview would be sent on the registered email ID.

    Application fees: Non- refundable application fee of Rs.1000(Rs.250for SC/ ST and OBC (NCL) category candidates) through a crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘IFCI Factors Limited’ payable at New Delhi.

    Candidates should write their name and application acknowledgement no at the back side of the Demand Draft.

    How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates should apply online through IFL website www.ifcifactors.com till 10 November 2014.

    On successful submission of online Application form, a pop-up containing an alpha-numeric number starting with ‘REC’ (containing the acknowledgement number) would be generated and a mail would be sent to the registered email ID of the candidates.

    Candidates should take a printout of the online submitted Application Form/ the mail and send it along with the fee DD in original to ‘The Head- HR, IFCI Factors Limited, 10th Floor, IFCI Tower, 61, Nehru Place, New Delhi- 110019’ by post so as to reach the concerned authority within 7 days of applying online i.e. till 17 November 2014.

    On the envelope carrying the application, candidates should super-scribe ‘Name of the post applied for.’

    Candidates should retain a printout of the application form and e-mail for future reference.
