    Indian Institute of Management, Indore invited applications for recruitment to the 40 various Administrative Positions 2013. . Candidates can apply through online on or before 10 April 2013.

    C. Officer Level – 1: 04 posts
    • Executive Assistant: 08 posts
    • General Duty Assistant: 03 posts

    Educational Qualification

    • For Executive Engineer: Graduate in Engineering (Electrical/ Civil/ Electronics/ Mechanical) with minimum 5 years of experience.
    • For Finance & Accounts Officer: CA/ ICWA with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 5 years of experience.
    • For Systems Analyst: B.E/ B.Tech (IT/ CS)/ MCA with minimum 5 years of experience.
    • For Stenographer: Graduates in any discipline with 100/40 wpm speed in shorthand and typewriting respectively (English Only)
    • For Officer: Masters’ degree in any discipline with minimum 5 to 10 years of experience.
    • For Executive Assistant: Graduates in any discipline with minimum 5 years of experience.
    • For General Duty Assistant: Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
     
    Application Fee
    Candidates need to pay fee of Rs.500 (other than SC/ST/OBCs) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of “Indian Institute of Management Indore” payable at Indore.

    For Executive Engineer: Rs.15, 600-39,100, Grade Pay Rs.6, 600/- in PB - 3
    For Finance & Accounts Officer: Rs.15, 600-39,100, Grade Pay Rs.6, 600/- in PB – 3
    For Systems Analyst: Rs.15, 600-39,100, Grade Pay Rs.5, 400/- in PB – 3
    For Stenographer: Rs.9, 300–34,800, Grade Pay Rs.4, 200/- in PB – 2.
    For Officer:
    Officer Level – 3: Rs.15, 600-39,100, Grade Pay Rs7, 600/- in PB – 3
    Officer Level – 2: Rs.15, 600-39,100, Grade Pay Rs.6, 600/- in PB –3
    Officer Level – 1: Rs.15, 600-39,100, Grade Pay Rs.5, 400/- in PB – 3
    For Executive Assistant: Rs.9, 300-34,800, Grade Pay Rs.4, 200/- in PB – 2

    Selection Procedure

    Candidates will be selected on the performance of interview.
