Eligibility Criteria for Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Other Posts

Educational Qualification

  • Chief Administrative Officer (CAO): Possess Post- Graduate Degree/ Diploma in respective discipline or CA/ Cost Accountant/ CS or BE/ B. Tech./ M. Tech. in appropriate discipline.
  • Librarian/ Senior Library and Information Assistant: Possess Master’s/ Post- Graduate Degree in concerned field.
  • Finance Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer (FA & CAO): Possess ACA or AICWAI or MBA in Finance.
  • Administrative Officer: Possess MBA or Post- Graduate Degree/ Diploma in respective discipline.
  • Stores and Purchase Officer/ Office Assistant: Possess Graduate Degree in any discipline.
  • Secretary to Director: Possess Graduate Degree with Post- Graduate Degree in appropriate discipline with knowledge of Computer Applications.
  • Accountant: Possess Bachelor’s Degree in concerned field or ICWAI (Inter).
  • Junior Engineer (Civil): Possess Degree/ Diploma in Civil.
  • Attendant – Peon: Possess Matriculation (10th Standard) Pass or equivalent.

Age Limit

Gen: as on last date of receipt of application.

  • Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)/ Librarian/ Administrative Officer: Below 50 years.
  • Finance Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer (FA & CAO): Below 45 years.
  • Stores and Purchase Officer/ Secretary to Director/ Senior Library and Information Assistant/: Below 35 years. Accountant/ Junior Engineer (Civil)/ Office Assistant
  • Attendant – Peon: Below 27 years.

OBC/ SC/ ST/ PWD/ Other Candidates: As per norms.

Experience required for Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and other Jobs

  • Chief Administrative Officer (CAO): 15 years.
  • Librarian/ Finance Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer (FA & CAO): 10 years.
  • Administrative Officer: 08 years.
  • Stores and Purchase Officer/ Accountant: 05 years.
  • Secretary to Director/ Attendant - Peon: 02 years.
  • Senior Library and Information Assistant/ Junior Engineer (Civil)/ Office Assistant: 03 years

Application Fees for Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and other Jobs

Gen/ OBC & Other candidates: Rs. 500/- in the form of Demand Draft.

SC/ ST/ PWD/ Women candidates: Exempted from fee payment.
