The Detailed Application Form (DAF), to be filled online, for Interview / Personality Test for the Combined Medical Services Examination, 2012, will be available on the website of the Union Public Service Commission http://www.upsc.gov.in till 05/10/2012.
Print out of the completely filled in online Detailed Application Form (DAF) duly signed by the candidate along with all relevant documents should be sent to the Under Secretary (CMS), Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069, so as to reach the Commission’s Office by 10/10/2012.
Interview of candidates who have qualified for the Interview / Personality Test for the Combined Medical Services Examination, 2012 are tentatively scheduled to commence from 29/10/2012.
