Indian Rare Earths Limited Notified Recruitment of 46 Various Posts 2013

    Indian Rare Earths Ltd (IREL) invited application for recruitment of 46 various posts 2013. The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format before 31 July 2013. IREL is a government-owned corporation in India based in Mumbai. It was incorporated as a private limited company and jointly owned by the Government of India and Government of Travancore Cochin. It was incorporated with the primary intention of taking up commercial scale processing of monazite sand at its first unit namely Rare Earths Division (RED), Aluva and Kerala for the recovery of thorium.

    5) Tradesman (Instrumentation): 02 Posts

    6) Junior Driver: 03 Posts

    Total Number of Vacancies: 46 posts

    Age limit

    • Candidate’s upper age limit should not exceed 35 years as on 1 July 2013.
    • Upper age limit is relaxable to the extent of 3 years in the case of OBC Candidates and 5 years in the case of SC/ST Candidates will be allowed.

    Educational Qualification

    • Tradesman-A (Operation): I.T.I Certificate holder with 10 years experience in operation of Chemical and allied Process Industry
    • Boiler Operator-A/ Tradesman-A (Boiler Operation): I.T.I. Certificate holder with First Class Boiler  Certificate of Competency and 8 years experience in a Boiler House in a reputed Industrial establishment
    • Tradesman (Operation): I.T.I. Certificate holder with 5 years experience in operation of Chemical and allied Process Industry OR For non-I.T.I. Candidates: Literate with 10 years experience in operation of Chemical and allied Process Industry
    • Tradesman (Electrical): I.T.I. Certificate holder in Electrical Discipline with 5 years of experience in related field/trade in a reputed Industrial Establishment OR For non-I.T.I. Candidates -Literate with 10 years experience in related field/trade  in a reputed Industrial Establishment
    • Tradesman (Instrumentation): I.T.I. Certificate holder in Instrument Mechanic Discipline with 5 years experience in related field/trade in a reputed Industrial Establishment OR For non-I.T.I. Candidates: Literate with 10 years experience in related field/trade in a reputed Industrial Establishment
    • Junior Driver: VIII Std. passed with Heavy Vehicle License and 5 years experience in operating/driving heavy machineries/vehicles like Fork Lift, Tractor, Tipper etc.

    Pay Scale

    • 8670-3%-24400 (W-IV) for Post no.1 & 2.
    • 8550-3%-24060 (W-III) for Post no.3, 4, 5 & 6.

    Selection process

    Candidate will be selected on the basis of written test/Interview.

    • Candidates are required to apply in the prescribed format as available on the IREL Website.
    • Fill it with all mandatory details, affix photograph, attach self attested copies of Certificates in support of age, Category (other than General), Educational/Technical Qualification and Experience in the prescribed format as applicable, certificates and experience certificate, self addressed envelope must be sent to the Senior Manager (HRM), Indian Rare Earths Limited, Orissa Sands Complex (OSCOM), P.O: Matikhalo, Chatrapur, (Ganjam), Odisha- PIN-761 045 on or before 31 July 2013.
