    Instrumentation Limited (IL), Palakkad, a Government of India Enterprise issued notification inviting applications from Personnel Officer and Engineers for recruitment as Management Trainees in the (P&A) & Technical (Mechanical) disciplines at its manufacturing unit at Palakkad, Kerala. There are 3 vacancies – one with the P&A division and 2 with Technical (Mechanical) divisions.  Interested candidates should send their applications till 20 January 2014.

    Essential Qualifications: MBA with specialization in HR / Master’s Degree in relevant subject with PG Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relation or LLB with specialization in Labour Laws with 2-3 years experience in an industrial establishment having more than 100 employees in similar position are desirable.

    Discipline: Technical (Mechanical) 

    No of Posts: 2 posts

    Essential Qualifications: Engineering Graduates in Mechanical discipline. Candidates having M. Tech. / ME or equivalent qualification in the same discipline shall have an added advantage.

    Age limit: 28 years (as on 1 November 2013).

    Maximum age limit for SC / ST category candidates is 33 years, for OBC (non-creamy layer) category candidates is 31 years. The age limit is also relax-able by 2 years for candidates having M. Tech / ME Degree.


    Stipend (during training): Rs. 12000 per month (all inclusive).

    PG Engineering Degree holders after acquiring BE / B. Tech will be offered regular pay scale of Rs. 8600-250-14600 along with IDA and other applicable allowances.

    Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the written test & Interview.

    Selected candidates will have to undergo training for a period of One year. After successful completion of training, they may be absorbed in regular pay scale of the Company as Personnel Officer / Engineer.

    Selected candidates will have to sign a Service Bond of Rs. 1 lakh to serve the Company for a minimum period of 4 years after successful completion of training.

    Application fees: Non-refundable application fees of Rs. 100 has to be paid in the form a crossed demand draft drawn in favour of ‘Instrumentation Limited, Palakkad’ payable at Palakkad.

Manager (P&A), Instrumentation Limited, Kanjikode West – 678 623, Palakkad, Kerala by furnishing the said Demand Draft within 21 days from the publication of this advertisement, i.e. till 10 January 2014, as the advertisement was published in Employment News dated 21 December 2013.

    SC / ST / PH persons are exempted from payment of application fees.
