    IRCON International Limited notified recruitment for the experienced professionals for the post of Executive Director (Finance), General Manager (Finance) and General Manager (HRM). IRCON Limited is a premier Schedule “A” Miniratna category I Infrastructure Government company under the Ministry of Railways involved in the construction of turnkey infrastructure projects in Building, Highways, Railways etc.

    Pay Scale
    Executive Director/Finance: Rs. 62000-80000/- + allowances +PRP (IDA)
    General Manager/Finance: Rs. 51300- 73000/- + allowances +PRP (IDA)
    General Manager/HRM: Rs. 51300- 73000/- + allowances +PRP (IDA)

    Age limit
    The candidates should not be more that 55 years till 30 June 2013. The age criteria is applicable for all the candidates whether they are applying for the post of Executive Director/Finance, General Manager/Finance or General Manager/HRM.

    Educational Qualification and Experience

    1. For Executive Director/Finance and General Manager/Finance

    The candidate must possess one education criteria from the listed one.

    (a) CA from Institute of Charted Accountants of India or
    (b) ICWA from Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or
    (c) MBA (Finance) or other equivalent degrees recognized by AICTE/UGC or prescribed accreditation bodies.
    Along with the educational eligibility the candidate should have 6 years experience of Executive director post and 4 years experience for General Manager post.

    2. General Manager/HRM

    The candidate must possess any of the mention master’s degree along with 4 years of experience in the respective department.

    (a) Masters degree in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations or
    (b) MBA (HRM) or other equivalent degrees recognized by AICTE/UGC or prescribe accreditation bodies.

    • Also send attested copies of Annual performance Appraisal Reports for the last 03 years, enclosed by the forwarding authority or a scanned copy.

    Selection Process
    After initial screening, selected candidates will be called for the interview/ PowerPoint presentation. Through power presentation, the candidate’s ability, vision, financial skills and strategies for taking the Company forward will be judged.
